You’ve got the idea. Maybe even the name, the sketches, and a vision that feels so clear in your mind. But turning that vision into an actual garment - a sample you’re proud of, a production run that doesn’t go wrong - feels harder than anyone warned you about.

If they warned you at all.

This masterclass is for you if you’re tired of feeling lost in the manufacturing world. Maybe you’ve already tried making a sample… and it came back nothing like what you asked for. Maybe you’ve emailed factory after factory and never heard back. Or maybe you’re scared to even start because you don’t know what to ask, what to look for, or what things should actually cost.

I’ve been exactly where you are.
The samples that arrived wrong… again.
The manufacturers who promised everything and delivered chaos.
The expensive mistakes that drained energy and confidence.

And that sinking feeling of “maybe I don’t know what I’m doing” when really, no one teaches this part of fashion.

I want to show you how manufacturing actually works (from someone who owns an atelier themselves) clearly, simply, and honestly.

What we’ll cover in 90 minutes (plus 30 min Q&A):

🧵 How clothing manufacturing really works

From patterns to toiles to final samples: what each stage actually means, how long it should take, and how to make sure things are done properly. We’ll break down the process in plain English so you finally understand how to move from sketch to garment with confidence.

🧩 How to work with a manufacturer the right way

The questions to ask, the red flags to spot, how to brief your designs, and how to avoid being misled. I’ll show you how to communicate clearly, protect your budget, and build a healthy working relationship with your factory or seamstress.

📐 Sampling mistakes nearly every designer makes

And more importantly - how to avoid them. Learn why samples go wrong, how to understand pricing, why timelines shift, and how to manage your expectations like a professional.

🏭 Small-batch production 101

MOQ, costing, QC, timelines, fabric orders, and how to plan your first production run without wasting money. We’ll cover everything you need to know before pressing GO.

📦 Made-to-Order vs Small Batch: What’s Right for You?

A clear breakdown of how each model works, what’s profitable, and what makes the most sense depending on your brand and goals.

By the end, you’ll know exactly how to take your idea from sketch to sample to production.

Sounds like what you need? Then I look forward to meeting you.
